Descripción Essential Roles and Responsibilities Implement and support Azure and Private Cloud infrastructure solutions Configure, manage, and optimise compute, storage, networking, and security services Support migration, modernisation, and upgrade activities Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and changes Create and maintain accurate technical documentation Support service transition into in‑life managed support Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution delivery Mentor Level 2 engineers and support skills development Clearly communicate technical decisions and issues to stakeholders Financial Services and Regulatory Compliance Ensure engineering activities comply with financial services regulations (e.g. FCA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001) Apply security, data protection, and operational resilience controls Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews Maintain audit‑ready documentation and change records Governance and Reporting Track and manage technical risks, issues, and actions Support governance activities including incident and change management Contribute to service reporting and operational reviews Ensure documentation aligns with governance standards Teams to Collaborate With Solutions Architecture Customer Experience and Managed Service Quality, Security and Compliance Platform and Infrastructure Teams A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Critical Competencies - Technical Fit Essential: Proven experience delivering Azure and Private Cloud infrastructure solutions Strong understanding of Azure services and hybrid/private cloud architectures Experience with VMware and VMware Cloud Foundation environments Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, including: Terraform Azure DevOps PowerShell ARM templates Solid knowledge of networking (VPN, DNS, load balancing, firewalls) Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam and/or Rubrik Good understanding of security best practices in Azure and VMware environme...
