Agentic products you´ll work on: SDR agent (sales navigator agent, emailing outreach agent). Self-improving loops you´ll build: coding, support, SEO and content, analytics, and company-wide systems (memory, tooling). You will work directly with me (co-founder and CEO). Requirements: strong Python engineering, power user of agentic coding. Bonus points: AWS, agentic plumbing and observability. What´s guaranteed: intense execution pace and exponential learning curve. Zero bullshit environment, we focus mostly on results and KPIs. Autodidacts are welcome. Two weeks maximum from apply to reply.
