We focus on creating value wherever IT matters. Join us! Responsibilities Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications. Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment. Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services. Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements. Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards. Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers. Act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues and support continuous improvement within the IT environment. Provide remote support for systems, applications, and IT installations across different locations when required. Requirements Previous experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IT environments. Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting. Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions. Experience working with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good documentation skills and attention to detail. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
