As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Vue.js is required. Beginner proficiency in Node.js is recommended. Execute assigned development tasks with increasing independence while seeking guidance when necessary to ensure quality delivery. Identify and resolve common technical challenges by applying established practices and recognizing recurring patterns. Collaborate effectively with team members to contribute to project goals and share insights during discussions. Continuously improve technical skills and understanding of project requirements to enhance overall contribution.
