Here you will find more information about us: Position activities: GTD Science, Infrastructures and Robotics is now looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to participate in Fusion energy/Scientific projects. You will join our dynamic team, working on the ITER project, a cutting-edge nuclear fusion research facility. Designing control system architectures, including PLC hardware layouts, I/O allocation, network topology. Produce control system design documentation. Programming mainly Siemens S7-1500 PLCs using TIA Portal. Designing Software architectures including state machines for complex systems. Integration of PLC code with SCADA systems (e.g WinCC OA, EPICS, CODAC) Performing hands-on testing: building test setups, connecting and configuring equipment, developing test benches tests and substitution tools when system equipment is not available, and validating hardware/software integration.
