Descripción: • Define and govern the end-to-end monitoring framework covering infrastructure, interfaces and business processes. • Manage SAP Focused Run, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent monitoring platforms. • Lead cross-functional Problem Management initiatives and root cause analysis. • Identify recurring incidents and drive permanent solutions across operational teams. • Consolidate and govern SAP RUN KPIs and SLAs. • Present service performance results to leadership and steering committees. • Design alerting strategies and escalation procedures for Major Incidents. • Own and manage the Continuous Service Improvement Plan (CSIP). • Maintain and prioritise the service improvement backlog. • Coordinate capacity management activities across Basis, Integration and Functional teams. • Anticipate performance bottlenecks and rollout-related risks. • Support post-mortem reviews of major incidents through metrics and trend analysis. • Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. • Drive data-driven operational excellence globally. • Experience in SAP Service Management, Governance, Monitoring or Operations environments. • Knowledge of SAP Focused Run, SAP Solution Manager or similar monitoring tools. • Strong experience managing KPIs, SLAs and service performance frameworks. • Expertise in Problem Management and root-cause analysis methodologies. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and technical teams. • Leadership skills and continuous improvement mindset. • Professional level of English. • Based in Valencia or surrounding areas.
