Descripción: YOU ARE You are part of the team advising clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You help define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes. THE WORK - Be part of the team to help - Shape vision and create opportunities for data and AI led business reinvention. - Define and structure an organization´s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages. - Assess maturity of an organization´s AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model. - Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy. - Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. - Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions. - Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities. EDUCATION Bachelor´s degree or equivalent BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATION - Experience with AI and data strategy - Engineering problem-solver mindset - ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems - Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills - Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to help originate and shape new deals and go-to-market activities - Excellent leadership and people and relationship building skills - Applicants must be fluent in German, both written and spoken PREFERRED QUALIFICATION MBA/Masters #LI-MP
