Descripción: • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements. • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues. • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials. • Implement updates and improvements to Salesforce applications. • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies. • 5+ years of hands-on development experience both Service and Loyalty Cloud. • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. A successful Senior Salesforce Developer should have: • Proven expertise in Salesforce development and customization. • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs; strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, OOP, bulkification and governor limits. • Good understanding of loyalty programs - members, points, rewards, vouchers, benefits, tiers, transactions and redemption. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations - REST/SOAP, Bulk APIs, authentication, security and event-driven architecture - and experience with large data volumes / high-volume processing. • Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, Salesforce DX and DevOps practices. • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Data Cloud is highly desirable; experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, POS or other enterprise platforms is an advantage. • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI-assisted service capabilities is a plus.
