Descripción: We´re looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode (once a month, office presence can be required). In this role, you will combine deep Salesforce expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving solution design, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders, shape platform strategy, and contribute to pre-sales activities for business growth. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical direction, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute to complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations in a global environment. Responsibilities Contribute to end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and business process analysis Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution architectures Define integration approaches, data and security models, and governance standards Provide technical guidance and ensure delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners on solutions and roadmaps Review technical designs and code quality for compliance and maintainability Drive adoption of declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities Support integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms Mentor Salesforce consultants and developers, promoting continuous learning and delivery excellence Requirements 7+ years of experience in CRM industry across full lifecycle implementations Extensive technical and architectural experience with Salesforce platform Expertise with key Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (mandatory) Proficiency in core Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation Security and Sharing Model, Salesforce Data Model Strong understanding of integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft) Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices Knowledge of data migration strategies and system integrations Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven stakeholder management experience Nice to have Experience with additional clouds such as Health Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics/Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Industry Clouds Technical involvement in pre-sales cycles and solution estimation Exposure to multi-CRM ecosystems or emerging technologies like agentic AI and LLMs
