We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner (.NET) to join a strategic project for a leading global wealth management client. The ideal candidate will combine a solid software engineering background with strong IT operations and service management expertise, taking end-to-end ownership of business-critical services, ensuring operational excellence, governance compliance, service continuity, and successful delivery of changes across the application lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES - SW development and application management (operation and maintenance, SLAs, incident/problem, change/release/test management, risk management, documentation). - Analysis, design and development of new applications and / or further enhancements of existing applications. - Project collaboration (new developments, migrations, adaptations). - No personnel leadership responsibility, no direct budget responsibility. - You are part of the team which is responsible for development, operation, support and maintenance of various IT services. YOUR PROFILE - Fullstack developer .NET technology. - Master/Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar. - Experience in application development with backend .Net technologies (Core and Framework), Entity Framework, RESTful Services, SQL. - Experience in web frameworks (Angular, React). - Confident communication with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers. - Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes of larger companies in the service sector (ideally finance/insurance). - Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. - Team player with independent opinions. - “Can-do” attitude, open-mindedness. Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
