Descripción: • Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives. • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. • Configure and customise Salesforce to align with organisational goals. • Provide training and support to end users for Salesforce functionalities. • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and recommend relevant updates. • Multinational Industrial company- Barcelona center • Experience as Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant at least 5 years A successful Senior Salesforce Consultant should have: • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customisation. • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes. • Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. • Knowledge of data integration and security best practices. • A proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues. • A certification in Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory).
