Descripción: Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Governance • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Data and Analytics projects and workstreams. • Define, manage, and monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical paths. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and delivery controls. • Organize and facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive-level reviews. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact between Business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. • Build strong relationships across Business, IT, Data, and Analytics functions. • Negotiate priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments with stakeholders at different levels. • Present project status, progress updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior Business and IT management. Technical Delivery Oversight • Challenge technical estimates, delivery plans, architecture decisions, assumptions, and resource requirements. • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. • Identify delivery risks, technical dependencies, and potential bottlenecks proactively. • Support teams in resolving complex delivery issues and escalating critical risks when required. Risk and Quality Management • Drive continuous risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and management activities. • Maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). • Ensure appropriate quality assurance processes and governance are applied throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and business sign-off processes. Agile Delivery and Tooling • Manage and maintain Azure DevOps boards and delivery documentation. • Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into delivery performance. • Proyecto estable como Technical Delivery Project Manager • Formarás parte de un ecosistema de Talento Tecnológico • Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex technology projects and programmes. • Proven track record managing large-scale Data and Analytics initiatives in enterprise environments. • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Business and Technology domains. • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in complex environments. • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills. • Experience leading governance forums and executive-level reporting. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to challenge technical teams constructively while maintaining collaborative relationships. • Professional flue...
