Descripción: Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) • Lead and coordinate the Integration Management, SAP BTP, and Cloud Services team. • Own the delivery and operational stability of SAP integration platforms, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and related cloud services. • Define and maintain integration governance, standards, and best practices across the organization. • Ensure reliable monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of interfaces and middleware services. • Manage the lifecycle of integrations, from solution design and implementation to support and optimization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners. • Oversee API Management, Cloud Connector services, and interface catalog governance. • Support SAP cloud adoption initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles. • Lead a distributed team and external service providers, fostering collaboration, performance, and knowledge sharing. • Drive service excellence through KPI monitoring, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead SAP cloud innovation in a global transformation programme. • Lead SAP cloud innovation in a global transformation programme. • Located in Valencia, Spain. • Solid experience in SAP Integration technologies, including SAP CPI / Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO. • Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and cloud-based integration architectures. • Experience managing enterprise integration landscapes in complex international environments. • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and/or external partners. • Knowledge of API Management, Cloud Connector, integration monitoring, and interface governance. • Experience with IT service management processes, incident management, and operational support. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Fluent English is required. Nice to Have • Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. • Exposure to hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). • Knowledge of SAP architecture, security, and cloud governance practices. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. • Bronw or Greenfield experience.
