Descripción: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data and BI, the AI Operations Consultant will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and managing AI initiatives across Operations. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology partners, and the AI governance structure, this person will ensure that AI use cases are translated into tangible operational improvements and sustained adoption. Key responsibilities include: • Identify, assess, and prioritise AI opportunities across Operations processes. • Develop and manage a portfolio of AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. • Lead the intake and evaluation process for AI initiatives submitted by Operations teams. • Build business cases, including value assessment, expected ROI, costs, risks, and implementation plans. • Present and defend use cases before the AI Committee to secure prioritisation and investment. • Fast-track initiatives that can leverage existing AI capabilities and platforms already available within the organisation. • Coordinate external technology vendors and implementation partners, acting as the business-side product owner. • Drive user adoption through training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement activities. • Define and monitor KPIs to measure business impact, including cost reduction, productivity gains, process efficiency, quality improvements, and user adoption. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and optimise future initiatives. • Collaborate closely with Operations Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI into day-to-day business processes • International Retail company • Experience with IA solutions and great Operations knowledge. The successful candidate should demonstrate a combination of operational expertise, transformation experience, and a strong interest in AI-driven business innovation. Requirements: • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline. • Approximately 5-7 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Transformation, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, or related fields. • Proven experience managing technology, automation, digitalisation, or transformation projects from conception through adoption. • Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience building business cases and quantifying business value through financial and operational KPIs. • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and technology partners. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and executive audiences. • Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is highly valued. • Experience with process mapping methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. • Exposure to Agile delivery me...
