Responsible for developing custom solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform by designing, coding, and enhancing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex business logic. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, with deployments managed through SFDX and version control. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Custom Application Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Software Design and Solutions and Software Engineering is suggested. o Design and build Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and triggers, and responsive UIs with SLDS and CSS frameworks (e.g. SASS or Tailwind) that meet functional and technical requirements. o Apply problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve software functionality. o Collaborate effectively with team members to share knowledge and contribute to project goals. o Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to enhance software delivery. o Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team growth and quality assurance. ¿Qué se ofrece?
