Descripción: DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to own the on-premise infrastructure behind our AI Orchestrator: Kubernetes on local servers, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring and observability. You bring 5+ years in DevOps or systems administration, strong Linux skills and production experience with Kubernetes and Docker on local infrastructure, plus a solid focus on security and reliability. Remote from Spain or on-site in Las Palmas, in an international team working in English. Who we are: We are a software company of around 20 people based in Innsbruck, Austria, with an additional office in Las Palmas. We build software for national and international companies to digitalise consulting processes, improve strategic decision-making, and make innovation processes smarter. We are currently building our own AI Orchestrator to run and manage AI agents for our customers. For our team in Las Palmas (remote possible), we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to take responsibility for the local infrastructure our platform runs on. What you´ll work on: • Operate and maintain the local infrastructure running our AI Orchestrator • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters on local servers rather than cloud infrastructure • Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Automate infrastructure setup, configuration and application deployments • Set up and improve monitoring, logging and observability • Ensure secure and reliable operation of our systems and customer workloads What we are looking for: • Strong experience with Linux systems administration • Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and Docker in production • Experience running Kubernetes on local / on-premise infrastructure • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Solid understanding of servers, networking, VMs and infrastructure automation • Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools • Strong focus on security, reliability and maintainability • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or systems administration How we work: • An international developer team working remotely across Spain and Austria • English as our team language for meetings, code and documentation - good, but not perfect English is required • Distributed teamwork using GitLab, MS Teams and related tools • A small team where you take ownership and work directly with the developers building the platform What we offer: • Competitive salary starting from €40,000 gross per year + annual team bonus of €4,500 • 37.5-hour work week, flexible working hours and remote work from Spain • One week-long team event in Las Palmas and one in Innsbruck per year • 25 days of paid vacation per year • A friendly but challenging environment with the opportunity to take real ownership of our infrastructure
