Descripción: As part of the Data, Analytics and AI team, you build production-ready analytics and ML models to optimize pricing, promotions, and business processes. You’ll translate stakeholder needs into predictive insights that drive revenue and cut costs, while collaborating across functions and sharing best practices. You’ll tackle automation, scalability, and data-driven optimization in a global fashion company. This role offers the chance to shape analytical solutions in a high-impact retail environment and work with cloud-based technologies. Compensaciones / Beneficios base pay paid leave product discounts total rewards package hybrid work model benefits details upon request Responsabilidades Develop production-ready analytical solutions for pricing and promotions problems Apply advanced analytics, ML, and AI techniques across internal and external data sets using cloud tech Collaborate on pricing elasticity modeling, pricing recommendations, and promotions optimization Translate complex data and methodologies into actionable insights and recommendations Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Identify trends to drive innovation and improvements in processes Document code and contribute to community best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams and embrace Levi’s values Requisitos principales Strong SQL and Python skills Experience with multivariate statistical modeling and ML techniques (e.g., random forests, boosting, time-series forecasting, Bayesian methods) Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) Ability to manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders Experience in commercial environments with business impact
