The Opportunity We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Technology Development team and become part of an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. Your Mission As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to optimize software delivery processes by leading the adoption of Agile methodologies and acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure high-quality releases. You will contribute to business and people development while aligning your work with the company’s strategy. What will you do day to day? • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective), ensuring they are productive and stay within the agreed timebox • Identify and proactively remove impediments affecting the development team, managing external dependencies when necessary • Coach and mentor the team and Product Owner on Agile principles, helping refine the Product Backlog and prioritize effectively • Monitor Agile metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time to improve predictability and team efficiency in a sustainable way Requirements • Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with specific training in Agile frameworks • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master within software development teams (IT environments) • Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • English level B2/C1 with the ability to facilitate sessions in international and distributed teams • Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution abilities Nice to Have • Official certifications such a...
