Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate customer needs and business objectives into intuitive, high-performing digital solutions that enhance the user journey and drive business value worldwide. Contribute to the evolution of a high-traffic Flutter application used by millions of users across 11 countries. - Play a key role in analysing, challenging, and refining product requirements in close collaboration with the Product Owner. - Drive continuous improvements in software architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices. - Expand your expertise in a fast-growing and innovative technology ecosystem. - Enhance and optimise a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using modern development and deployment technologies. - Mentor and support junior team members through pair programming, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Bring fresh ideas, influence technical decisions, and collaborate in a culture that values open communication and flat hierarchies. - Take ownership of technical challenges and contribute to shaping the future of the product and development processes.
